For this stunning new-construction oceanfront home, we were brought in to design the lower level spaces and provide the final layers of polish throughout the interiors. The entry lobby was infused with character through a coastal palm wallpaper and playful turtle artwork, setting a welcoming tone that carried throughout the home.

We selected the finishes for the lower level—including tile and lighting—while also creating a custom-designed bunkroom with an adjoining TV lounge and kitchenette, as well as built-ins for the home gym. A standout feature was the shower design: playful stripes of blue and white penny tile that gave the lower-level bath a fun, coastal punch.

While the homeowner, who has a fantastic eye, chose the furnishings, we facilitated the completion of the upper-level punch list and layered in thoughtful design details. Highlights included wallpaper selections for the powder and cabana baths, custom fabrics and upholstery in the master suite, grasscloth on the entertainment wall in the great room, and sapphire glass shelving that elevated the bar area with a touch of sparkle.

The result is a retreat that feels equal parts fun and refined—capturing the spirit of coastal living while celebrating the client’s own style.
