Perfect for homeowners working with a builder, architect, or contractor who already has a design in place but needs expert guidance choosing the right finishes. During an in-showroom consultation, our design team will walk you through flooring, tile, countertops, fixtures, cabinetry if needed, and more - helping you confidently select materials that align with your vision.
We’ll prepare a detailed specification list for your contractor or builder and manage the ordering process directly through our showroom, ensuring accuracy, peace of mind, and a streamlined installation.

Our Process

DISCOVERY CONSULTATION
We begin with a personalized in-home or virtual consultation ($250 flat fee) where we get to know you, your space, and your goals. This is our chance to assess the project and explore your lifestyle, design preferences, and priorities.

Proposal & Scope of Work
Following your consultation, you’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining the recommended scope, projected hours, estimated furnishings budget, and how we can best support your project. This serves as a roadmap for our partnership - transparent, collaborative, and completely customized to your needs.

Design Agreement & Retainer
To reserve your place in our calendar and move into the design phase, we’ll ask you to sign a design agreement and submit a retainer based on the proposed scope. This step ensures our focus and attention are fully dedicated to your project.

Concept & Presentation
Once your design retainer is in place, we’ll get to work curating the vision for your home - room layouts, finishes, furnishings, and thoughtful details.
For local clients, we present our design concepts in-person at our Palm City showroom, where you can see and touch materials firsthand.
For out-of-town clients, we offer beautifully packaged presentations via Zoom, with samples and finish selections shipped directly to you so you can experience them in person.
You’ll have the opportunity to review, provide feedback, and approve selections before we move forward.

Procurement & Project Oversight
With your selections finalized, we handle all purchasing, vendor coordination, and timeline management. Our showroom sources exclusive materials, and our trusted trade network ensures every item and finish is handled with care.

Installation & Styling
Once everything has arrived, we’ll prepare for installation day. From furniture placement to art installation to styling and finishing touches, we’ll take care of every detail. Then comes our favorite part - the reveal! You’ll walk into your space for the first time and see it fully brought to life, thoughtfully and beautifully finished, and ready for you to enjoy.
