We transformed this beachfront estate by removing dated Tuscan details, refreshing the baths, cabinetry, and lighting, and redesigning the kitchen with a new pantry and updated layout. A custom Southern Cross iron railing, fresh paint palette, and a reimagined pool area elevated the home inside and out—leading to one of the highest sales in Jensen Beach.
When a repeat client purchased this beachfront estate with the intention of selling, we were thrilled to help reposition the property for today’s luxury buyer. The home’s interiors were weighed down by Tuscan finishes—ornate columns, heavy millwork, polished Crema Marfil marble, and dark tones that didn’t reflect its coastal setting.
We began the process of “de-Tuscanizing” by removing unnecessary columns and refreshing every bathroom with updated finishes. In the kitchen, we reimagined the space by repurposing select cabinetry, removing the dated built-in desk, and adding a much-needed pantry for modern functionality. Custom-designed cabinetry throughout the home, along with all new interior and exterior lighting, brought a fresh elegance, while a carefully curated paint palette tied the spaces together.
On the exterior, we replaced the stone balustrades with a custom Southern Cross iron railing that gave the home a lighter, more refined profile. Wells Brothers Construction handled the basement build-out and exterior structural changes, while our trades installed all millwork, tile, and flooring. We also reimagined the pool with new tile and expansive shellstone decking for a seamless indoor–outdoor flow.
This owner spared no expense, ensuring every detail was executed to the highest standard. The transformation was extraordinary—and the home went on to achieve one of the highest sales ever recorded in Jensen Beach.
